Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Since two days my ass hurts. I feel something is wrong.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I went through the images (attachment removed to protect patient identity).

It seems to be hemorrhoids which signify a mass descending from the rectum.

Was the mass or swelling of the same size since it started or is it increasing?

Is there any blood in the motion or any kind of constipation?

I suggest the local application of ointment Anobliss (Lidocaine Topical and Nifedipine Topical) to relieve pain.

If constipation is present kindly start using a laxative and try to avoid straining while passing stools.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Thank you very much. I do not know if the size has increased or not. There is no blood. But I have difficulty going to the restroom. I will buy a laxative and ointment Anobliss. When should this be gone?

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

The permanent treatment for hemorrhoids will be surgical removal. Medication will give you temporary relief from pain and laxative will prevent it from increasing in size.

I suggest you get an appointment with your nearest general surgeon to get operated if there is pain or difficulty in passing stools.
