Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

My creatinine levels are increasing and I am also getting paralyzed I think. Is it a problem of high level of pressure. Currently, I am taking Nicardia Retard 20, Sebuxo, Revlamer, Arkamin and Nebimac tablet. Please suggest something.

Thank you.

Hi

Welcome to the icliniq.com.

Your creatinine level is increasing, which is considered high if it exceeds 1. Serum creatinine and creatinine clearance, calculated based on weight, are important predictors in addition to just the creatinine level. Hypertension and long-term diabetes are well-known causes of nephropathy, leading to kidney injury and elevated creatinine levels. Specific treatment is provided based on the underlying cause. If hypertension is not controlled, a combination of two antihypertensive drugs may be initiated. If you are experiencing weak limbs or paralysis, a CT scan is necessary for further investigation. Take care, and I hope your concerns are resolved.

Thank you.
