Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have had problems with itching and hives for six years. At that time the doctor diagnosed me with chronic urticaria and started my medication but I did not get any results. But when I self-diagnosed, I saw symptoms like post-orgasmic illness syndrome (POIS). Whenever I ejaculate I get a watery nose and eyes, itching, and hives. A lot of pimples have started coming on my face too. For many days I am not ejaculating due to fear. But during that time I had nightfall two times. Now my itching has increased even more. Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

It is an allergic issue.

1. Reduce the frequency of masturbation.

2. Do yoga, pranayam, and go for walks until you sweat.

3. Eat more salads and fruits.

4. Avoid oily, spicy, and non-vegetarian foods for a few weeks.

5. You can take the tablet Bandy plus (Albendazole and Ivermectin) in a single dose only and the tablet Allegra-M (Montelukast and Fexofenadine) once daily for three weeks. However, please consult a physician, discuss with them, and start taking the medications with their consent.

Send me a follow-up after seven days.

Hope this helps.

Thanks and take care.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
