Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have a strange complaint nowadays. I have an urge to go to the bathroom, but when I go, there is no urine. However, I do not have any pain or blood. I had UTIs three times, around eight to nine years back out of which two were mild, and one was severe. What can I do to stop this urge?

Please advise.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

I suggest you to consult a doctor to get physically examined to rule out any medical problems. I also suggest you to follow the below tips to improve your symptoms:

  • Drink plenty of fluids.
  • Take a Citro-soda sachet twice daily in a glass of water.
  • Maintain strict hygiene.
  • Avoid sexual contact, if any.
  • Wear loose cotton comfortable undergarments.
  • Take a course of antibiotics like the tablet Oflox OZ twice daily after meals for five days. (Consult a specialist doctor, talk to him or her, and start the medicine with their consent).
  • I hope this helps.

    Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
