Can excessive masturbation cause muscle cramps, lower back pain, or weakness?
Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
I suffer from weakness, lower back pain, and muscle cramps. I have been masturbating for over ten years, and I have noticed I feel these symptoms more after I masturbate. I feel my legs are not strong enough, and standing for a long time causes muscle twitches all over my body and drowsiness.
I have done complete health checkups like blood tests, electrocardiogram, abdominal ultrasound, and chest x-ray, all have turned normal. I also feel burning in my legs, eyes, and stomach, especially in the morning. I also get the urge to pass stools often, like two to three times daily; stools are normal.
I do not get to sleep a lot, I work in shifts, and some days I have four hours of sleep. The burning sensation is also present in the palms and soles sometimes; I get uncontrolled body jerks while falling asleep, but that is rare, only after excessive masturbation. My mouth also remains dry most of the time. Please help.
Thank you.
