Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thanks for the reply.

I suffer from a lot of fear while growing up. I want to break out of my comfort zone. I want to change myself, but I need help to focus. My room always needs to be cleaned. I want to change my physical appearance. Please help.

Thanks.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

All these symptoms arise from chemical changes in the brain and mental restlessness. Apart from all this, nerve weakness is also contributing to the illness. Please avoid oily, spicy food to eat. Drink plenty of water. Do some form of physical exercise or meditation daily. Read good books and stay away from negativity. Some medicines like Fluoxetine and Sertraline help overcome these symptoms when taken in low doses without causing significant side effects. Please take good care of yourself. Consult a specialist doctor and take medications with their consent.

I hope this information will help.

Thanks.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
