Hello doctor,

I am a 27-year-old female. My weight is 216.05 Ibs. I have diarrhea that started three days ago. Now, my stool has some brown mucus and white rounded material. Please help me out.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have read your query in detail and understand your concern. You have acquired an active infection of the intestines called acute gastroenteritis. The brown mucus and white material are the pus cells of the infection. They indicate that there is an infection in the intestines.

I suggest you the following medications.

1. Tablet Satrogyl-O (Satranidazole 300 mg and Ofloxacin 200 mg) one tablet twice daily.

2. Tablet Drotin DS (Drotaverine 80 mg) one tablet thrice daily.

3. Capsule Cyra-D (Rabeprazole 20 mg and Domperidone 30 mg) in morning.

4. Capsule Vizylac rich (probiotic, prebiotic, and immunobiotic) one tablet twice daily.

5. Tablet Redotil (Racecadrotil 100 mg) twice daily.

I suggest you to consume at least two litres of water everyday to prevent dehydration from diarrhea.

Hope this was helpful. Kindly revert in case of further queries.
