Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am experiencing neck pain on my right side, dizziness, vertigo, and ringing in my ear. When I wake up everything is spinning. What could be the reason?

Kindly help.

Answered by Dr. Rajesh Jain

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Vertigo and tinnitus seem to be due to sitting in the wrong posture, sleeping in the wrong posture, lack of exercise, deficiency of vitamins and minerals, and anxiety. Do not depend on medication only. Wake up early and go for a morning walk regularly till good sweat. Do neck, back, and shoulder exercises daily. Do yoga and pranayam regularly. Take a tablet of Macfresh (Etizolam) 0.25 mg at night. Take Ciplar (Propranolol Hydrochloride) 40 mg once daily. All for three weeks. Send me a follow-up after 7 days.

I hope this helps.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
