Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am interested in incorporating vitamins and supplements into my regimen to support my health as I age. I seek guidance on organizing a supplement schedule that is safe and does not harm my body. Is there a recommended protocol for cycling supplements, including periods of rest between usage? Additionally, I would like to know if there are specific supplements that may slow the aging process or decrease the risks of cancer and brain-related diseases. I have heard about the potential benefits of collagen and antioxidants. Could you please advise me on appropriate supplements and provide a suitable plan for their intake?

By the way, I have PCOS, and my period is not regular. Also, I have seborrheic dermatitis on my face, dandruff with flakes and dark spots, and I often experience sudden itchiness in my body, perhaps due to dryness and eczema. I do not know if there are supplements for these conditions. Please help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

We are elated to have you onboard at icliniq.

I appreciate your good thoughts. But you need to understand that excess and less of any vitamin is not good for health. Please let me know what physical problems you have. According to that, I will guide you about the right vitamins in the appropriate dosage.

I hope this helps.

Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thank you for the reply.

I am 34 years old and I want supplements to support my health generally. I have PCOS, and my period is not regular. Also, I have seborrheic dermatitis on my face, dandruff with flakes and dark spots, and I often experience sudden itchiness on my body, perhaps due to dryness and eczema. Moreover, sometimes I get the flu easily, so supplements for the immune system will do. I would like to know if there are specific supplements that may slow the aging process or decrease the risks of cancer and brain-related diseases.

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Glad to have you back.

I recommend you do the following:

  1. Omega 3 fatty acid capsules are very powerful antioxidants and can help you in getting cancer cells weak.
  2. Glutathione supplements help you make your skin look young and beautiful.
  3. Vitamin E supplement supports your liver as well as your immune system.
  4. The flu vaccine can be taken yearly for recurring viral-like symptoms.
  5. Metformin (only after recommendation by visiting a doctor in person) can be taken for PCOD (polycystic ovarian disease) if you are having weight gain, hormonal issues, or excessive skin hair.
  6. Ketoconazole shampoo can be used for dandruff.
  7. Ketoconazole body wash can be used for dry flaky skin.

I hope this helps.

Thank you.
