Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have a normal stable and happy marital life. Lately I noted that my orgasm and ejaculation with my wife are less fulfilling. And after a few hours I feel the urge to re-ejaculate. I need your advice for a more fulfilling (or most accurate explosive ejaculation) with my wife.

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

There is nothing called explosive ejaculation. That is a myth. If you do not do sex for a week, you will have an explosive ejaculation after that. But if you do daily or alternate-day sex, explosive ejaculation may not happen at all. Satisfactory sex or ejaculation or orgasm is dependent on many factors. The basic factors are love and affection. The more you and your wife be loving and affectionate, the more satisfactory sex will be.

Thank you.
