Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
I was taking some antibiotics for few days. After that, I saw some worms coming out of my body through stools. I got scared and consulted a doctor. The doctor suggested me to take Bandy for a week and O2 twice a day. I started taking it. After that, my symptoms got worse. I started to have vomiting three to four times a day with a lot of worms. I had lots of worms in stools also. After having it, I got constipation. I got nausea with body ache. My stomach acne became worse. I took Dulcoflex for constipation. After taking it, I got diarrhea and it caused pain in every part of the body. It has been four days now and I cannot understand what is happening in my body. I have weakness and I am unable to walk from the bed. Kindly suggest me a treatment.
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
Based on your description of having worms in stools and vomiting, it suggests that you have a heavy worm infestation in the gut and it could have led to intestinal obstruction. You can consult a surgeon and get yourself evaluated. You need to do an ultrasound and CT (computed tomography) scan. Avoid taking Dulcoflex or any other laxative before consulting the surgeon. It may also cause rupture of the bowel if there is severe obstruction. You need hospitalization for dehydration issues. So consult your surgeon as soon as possible and get this sorted out.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
