Hello doctor,
I am 26 years old male. The foreskin of my penis does not retract even when the penis is erect. It remains attached near the tip from the inside. I am able to masturbate normally and ejaculate but I fear that I will not be able to have sex. I have never had any growth problems in general. Will I face any problems while having sex?

This condition is known as phimosis. I would like you to suggest not to indulge in sexual practice until it is not corrected otherwise it can be converted into paraphimosis. Please consult local surgeon as preputioplasty or circumcision may be required depending on the clinical examination of its grade.
