Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Small spots have appeared under my penis. However, those dots are pretty small and white and are not painful. It has been there for about three years. Even after showering, it does not go away. Also, I have several pimples on my inner thighs that are irritating at times. As far as I can recall, the inner thigh has gotten pretty black after I started having it for more than five years. When it started, I used to have ringworms on my inner thighs. The ringworm gradually disappeared on its own. But then it became irritating, and the flesh on the inner thigh darkened. Is there any way to reduce it?

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

Please maintain an excellent hygiene practice. Avoid intense workouts and keep the area dry. Use a soap with a lower pH. Comfortable cotton undergarments are recommended and use a mild detergent to wash these. Apply Surfaz-SN (Clotrimazole) cream locally to the thighs as well. Wearing tight clothes should be avoided. All of these would help to alleviate the problem.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thank you for the reply.

What about the pimple on the penis? Is it possible to get rid of it? Is it dangerous?

Answered by Dr. Reetika

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

Yes, it is certainly unusual and harmful, as I could make out after a detailed examination of the shared image (attachment removed to protect patient's identity). I recommend you to consult a local doctor for an assessment and treatment, as it would probably need regular check-ups.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
