Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have experienced traumatic events in the past two years in school. My forehead hurts whenever I talk about that traumatic event, my body shakes out of nowhere, I get panic attacks, and I find it hard to breathe. I also have a hard time sleeping, and I often just get lost in space, emotionally sensitive, overthinking, and feeling alone. I feel like everyone just thinks of me badly just like what happened to me in the past.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thank you for taking help from a psychiatrist. I can understand your situation. you may have panic disorder or PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) due to trauma in your life. You need to follow the below lifestyle for it and you must do the following blood reports and follow-up. You should start doing relaxation exercises daily. It will help you to relax. You should do some exercise like going for walk and spending quality time with friends. Avoid drinking alcohol or smoking. Take enough sleep at night. Do not drop out of school and complete your schoolwork. You should start medication like the tablet Escitalopram 10 mg daily in the morning after breakfast and the tablet Clonazepam 0.25 mg when you have a panic attack. I hope that you get your answer. Please let me know if you want some help.

Thank you.
