I took the test after four days. I do masturbation regularly. The test was done at the laboratory. I was fasting. I have attached all the other reports.

I have reviewed your reports (attachments removed to protect the patient's identity). They are all fine except for the free testosterone level, which is below normal. Semen analysis shows pus cells and some RBCs (red blood cells). So go for semen culture and sensitivity to know the exact antibiotics for your infection. I suggest you do the following:
I suggest you take antibiotics for three weeks and testosterone injection for 12 weeks along with Lycopene supplements, and repeat the semen analysis after that.
