Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have gone through your reports. We need some more details to help you more. Please answer the following:

  1. After how many days of abstinence did you take semen count?
  2. Did you take semen at a laboratory or at home?
  3. What are your fasting and post-prandial blood sugar levels?
  4. What is your thyroid profile?
  5. What are your free testosterone levels?

Patient's Query

Thank you doctor for the reply,

I took the test after four days. I do masturbation regularly. The test was done at the laboratory. I was fasting. I have attached all the other reports.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I have reviewed your reports (attachments removed to protect the patient's identity). They are all fine except for the free testosterone level, which is below normal. Semen analysis shows pus cells and some RBCs (red blood cells). So go for semen culture and sensitivity to know the exact antibiotics for your infection. I suggest you do the following:

  1. Take testosterone injection for 12 weeks to boost the semen and sperm, along with Lycopene supplements.
  2. Intracytoplasmic semen insertion can be done in your case.

I suggest you take antibiotics for three weeks and testosterone injection for 12 weeks along with Lycopene supplements, and repeat the semen analysis after that.

Patient's Query

Please find attached the reports. Any suggestions? Are there tablet options for antibiotic?
