Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have a slight pain in my penis during erection and I have no idea where the pain is coming from.

Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thank you for your query. I understand your concern. I have a few questions for you. How long have you had this pain? Do you have this pain every day or only on some occasions? Do you have any pain after ejaculation? Is the quality of your erection okay? Do you have any pain in the area between your testicles and anus? Do you have any trouble passing urine like - urgency, increased frequency, or burning sensation? Do you have diabetes? Have you done any tests for this?

Kindly revert back with answers.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

No, as I said it is a slight pain sensation and started maybe a few days. My ejaculation and erection are okay but I normally feel when erect or after masturbation. I have no trouble in passing urine or pain in passing urine or increased frequency in passing urine depending on the intake of water. I do not have diabetes.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Are you sexually active or masturbating regularly? If yes, how many times per week? Do you sit for prolonged hours every day? I suggest you to get a urine routine, urine culture and sensitivity, semen culture, and serum PSA done.

I hope this has helped you. Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

It has been a long time had sex and I masturbate regularly. This pain started after masturbation a few days back. I do not sit regularly even though it is a sitting job.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I suggest you to follow a few instructions; take a tablet of Chymoral forte (proteolytic enzymes) thrice daily. Take tablet Cranpac D (non-antimicrobial) twice daily. Take tablet Econorm (probiotics) 250 mg twice daily. In addition to this, avoid masturbation for two weeks. After that please masturbate or have sex twice a week. But remember not to be too rough. Is there anything else I can help you with? Also, please do the tests at your earliest convenience. I ordered the tests to rule out any prostatitis issues.

I hope this has helped you. Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I do not have diabetes and I do not have pain or irritation. Normally I get a sensation of slight irritation when my penis gets erect.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

If Trypsin Chymotrypsin is not available then please take tablet Zerodol (Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, and Serratiopeptidase) twice 10 days after food. Also, it would be better if you could find a substitute for Cranpac D. It has hibiscus and D mannose as it is content.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
