Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a 35-year-old male. I am not interested in having sex with my wife, though I love her way too much. I have to imagine someone else for ejaculation, and the frequency is also once a week. I wish to have a baby, but I am not able to have sex. I am taking the tablet Amaryl M1 for diabetes. The semen test showed that the motility was lower than average.

Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern. Diabetes can be one of the factors for lack of libido. Regular exercise and healthy food healthy is essential for a good sexual life. If you are loving or interested in your wife, then you need not imagine any other woman. Spend quality time with your wife and spend more time on foreplay. Also, spend more time after play. During sex, concentrate on your wife, and enjoy that moment. I suggest you consult a urologist if you do not have an early morning natural penis erection. I hope this helps you.

Thank you.
