I am 21 years old. My penis is very skinny, and a standard condom does not fit tightly. What should I do?

I understand your concern. A condom has to be put on when the penis is erect and hard and not on a flaccid penis. However, suppose you feel that after having full hardness, the girth of your penis is less than the standard condom, I suggest you visit a urologist who can do fat implantation circumferentially to increase the girth.
