Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a male having an uncircumcised penis. I have a question regarding my penis. I seem to have a skin bridge from my foreskin to the bottom of my penis gland. It is more like a string rather than a bridge as it is very thin. This adhesion from my foreskin to penis does not harm me but I would like to know what it is. It is not my frenulum definitely as it is located on the side of my penis instead of under it. I can identify my frenulum. After doing some research, I concluded that it is a penile skin bridge but it is thin. I think that it is my foreskin still attached to my penis head without full separation and I am not sure.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern. It would be easier for me to give an answer if you have attached a photo. If it does not bother you while having intercourse later in life, then there is nothing to be worried. Everyone has some sort of abnormality here or there. If this condition disturbs you, you can consult a urologist for further management. If it looks the same for a long time without reducing your joy during sex or during occasional masturbation, then there is nothing to be worried.

The Probable causes

You seem to have minor penile malformation without clinical relevance.
