Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

My family always complained about my snoring. So I went to the gym to lose weight. Now my snoring has reduced significantly. However, when I stopped going to the gym, my snoring increased. Is it relatable?

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Take a sleep study to diagnose sleep apnea because your symptoms indicate sleep apnea. So, weight loss is a better treatment.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
