Hi doctor,
I had a brown spotting for around four days. This happened just three days before my period for the first time. Is it ovarian cancer? I felt bloated in the morning for almost a week.

Brown spotting before period can occur due to so many reasons like hormonal changes, thyroid disorder, fibroid, polyp, PCOD (polycystic ovarian disease), infection, birth control pills, stress and anxiety. So, consult a gynecologist, get yourself examined and rule out the above mentioned causes.
