Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

My mother has redness in her eyes on the white area. She neither has itching nor pain. What could have caused it? It looks like a bloodshot.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

This may be due to subconjunctival hemorrhage (rupture of tiny blood vessels under the transparent layer of the eye).I suggest you to use, Refresh Liquigel eye drops (Carboxymethyl Cellulose), four times a day for two weeks and tablet Limcee (Vitamin C ) 500 mg, one tablet morning and night for one week. Consult a local ophthalmologist for examination if redness persists even after two weeks. I hope this helps. Feel free to contact me if you have any further questions or concerns.

Take care.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
