Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
I am a 26 year old male. My height is 6 feet and weight is 90 kg. My total testosterone level is 335. My other tests were all normal except 25-hydroxy vitamin D, which is 6.83. Should I be worried?
Hi,
Welcome to our portal. I have reviewed your query and understand your health concern. Your testosterone level is within normal limits, but your vitamin D level is low. It is important to address this deficiency by taking Vitamin D3 and Calcium supplements. Low vitamin D levels can lead to decreased calcium absorption and weak bones, potentially increasing the risk of developing osteoporosis. I recommend consulting a physician and undergoing a bone mineral density test to rule out osteoporosis. Vitamin D plays a crucial role in metabolism and is essential for many organ systems in the body. It is important to take this issue seriously and address it promptly. If you have any further questions or concerns, please let me know.
Patient's Query
Thank you doctor,
I request you to please see my reports that I have attached. My doctor advised me that at age 26, I should have testosterone in the range of 500 to 600. But, mine is only 335.
On top of it,I have erectile dysfunction issues as well for the last one year. For Vitamin D3 and calcium, I have started taking supplement Supracal tablet as advised by my doctor.
But, I am really nervous about ED issues. I do not know what is wrong with me.
Sometimes, I ejaculate soon and sometimes, I am not getting it hard. I am too stressed over it as I am not yet married. Please help.

Patient's Query
Thank you doctor,
I am following all of the above measures you told me and everything fine other than ED. I am very much worried about it and it is just embarrassing. One whole night it was not at all erected and I could not perform. What could be the reason for this sudden ED? For improving sexual activity at the time being, can I take Forzest tablet? I am not sure whether it improves the performance for the time being or permanently. I would not need to take this medicine again. Please guide me as I need to do something about ED. Regarding testosterone levels, you advised that it is slightly on the lower side. I feel tired all of the day and do not like to do work out. Can you please advise me what should be the actual testosterone level for 27 years of age? My vitamin D was found low and for which I am taking tablets. Will it affect my testosterone levels? Shall I get tested for it again?
