Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have a problem with my foreskin and glans. I am experiencing slight difficulty in pulling my foreskin back and forth over the penis. My glans penis are also very sensitive to touch. Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Has this been there since your puberty days? Or did it occur recently?

Patient's Query

Thank you doctor,

I can stretch my foreskin freely during a normal state. But during erection, I experienced some difficulty if I made it slide back and forth of my glans. And glans also feel sensitive to touch.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

When the penis is aroused, it increases the blood circulation tremendously that it swells up enormously. Sometimes, in some people who have a thick or a tight foreskin, it may be difficult to pull the foreskin over the glans in the aroused state. But you need to worry about it only if it is causing any difficulty in sexual activity.

Have you found any difficulty with this during masturbation or sexual intercourse? Provide as many details as possible. Is there any abnormality in the organ? Any abnormal curvature that is causing the difficulty? Any other issue with the organ? When you say the glans is sensitive to touch, do you mean you come very soon? Or is the glans painful at times? Do you suffer from premature ejaculation?

Patient's Query

Thank you doctor,

While masturbating, when I try to pull my foreskin back and forth over the glans, I feel some friction, which causes pain. My glans penis are also very sore that when I touch them during masturbation, I feel like tickling. I studied somewhere on the internet that the foreskin should freely glide over the penis head without any difficulty. But in my case, it is causing friction during masturbation while I slide it over the penis head. Then it starts hurting. Can it be a short frenulum?

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

It is important to examine your organ once so that we can conclude whether it is due to a short frenulum requiring a surgical correction. The operation is called circumcision, and it is a safe procedure. The symptoms described by you appear to be pointing to a short frenulum. Did you face this problem ever since you started masturbating?

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
