Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have tried allergy medicine, sinus medicine, and nasal spray but nothing seems to work. My hands have become numb and tingle. Also I cannot breathe sometimes. Please help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thank you for your query,

It seems to be due to allergy associated with deficiency of vitamin and minerals, lack of exercise, lack of proper sleep.

  1. Do yoga and pranayam regularly.
  2. Go for walks regularly till you are sweating.
  3. Try to consume dates, beetroot, jaggery, green leafy vegetables regularly and also take dry fruits regularly.
  4. To strengthen your immune system and prevent cold recurrence, I advise you to take one Fexofenadine tablet daily for seven days and one Chyawanprash tablet (Amalaki, Patala, Pippali, Agnimanth) twice daily for three to six months.

Please follow up for further assistances.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
