I am 59 years old. I have red rashes and itching around the vaginal area. I am not sexually active. Itching increases during night time. Kindly prescribe some medication.

Wear cotton panties, and loose lowers. Maintain personal hygiene and take plenty of fluids. Wash your private parts with ordinary tap water whenever you use a washroom.
