Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have had vaginal itching for the past eight months. Now the vaginal itching is severe, and I have had the urge to pee every 30 minutes for the past ten days. Also, I realized I have a pox kind of growth in my vagina. I had sex with my partner, and the next day I started having itchiness, pox, and the urge to pee. I did not wash after sex, nor did I clean that area. And I had a red or orange-tinged vaginal discharge two days ago. I am sure it is not my period. Also, the discharge was not normal; it had a foul, fish-like odor and was creamy. I used a cream for the itchiness, which was fine for a few days. Now the itching sensation and the pox inside my vagina have worsened. I can feel around two to three pox kinds of growth in my vagina.

Kindly help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I went through your query and understood your concern.

It seems to be due to some kind of mixed infection. I would suggest you to follow a few instructions that I have mentioned below,

1. Clean the vagina with vaginal wash regularly.

2. Use Clingen (Clindamycin, Tinidazole, and Clotrimazole) vaginal suppositories and place them inside your vagina one per day for three days.

3. Drink plenty of water daily.

4. Take one Itraconazole (antifungal medication) 200 mg capsule daily for seven days.

5. Take syrup Citralka (Disodium hydrogen citrate) 15 ml in 200 ml water three times a day.

6. Take one Doxt-SL (Doxycycline and Lactobacillus) capsule twice a day on the first day and one per day from the second day onwards for six days.

7. Take one tablet of Allegra (Fexofenadine) 120 mg for itching whenever needed.

Kindly consult with a specialist, talk to them and take the medications with their consent.

Kindly follow up after seven days.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
