Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 24-year-old female and I had pus coming from my vagina. It has been three months now. It started with itching, and then my fluids started changing from white to cream and now to pus. I tried nearby pharmacies, and the medicine I took are Candindious, Flucanazol, vaginal wash, Cipro, Eurex Cream, etc.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Your problem looks like bacterial vaginosis associated with yeast infection if possible kindly do the following tests.

1) Pap smear of vaginal discharge for microbiology and others like cervicitis.

2) Urine routine and culture test.

3) Fasting and postprandial blood sugar levels.

4) Ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis.

5) HB (hemoglobin) level and peripheral smear study this will narrow down the problem. You need antibiotics, analgesics, and antihistamines along with douching of the vagina with an antiseptic solution and vaginal pessary or ointment for five days. The utmost importance is your sexual partner's treatment.

Thank you.
