Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I have continuous vomiting, headache, loss of energy, and body pain from today morning. Currently taking capsule Ultra-Q 300 mg. Please help.
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I understand your concern. There can be multiple causes of the symptoms you are experiencing. But the most common cause in the current scenario is COVID. But since you did not mention fever and sore throat, I will keep COVID down the list. Apart from this, undetected diabetes and hypertension can also present these symptoms. So I will suggest you get the following tests done blood pressure, RBS (random blood sugar), HbA1c (glycated hemoglobin), COVID RT-PCR (reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction) Meanwhile, I suggest starting the following medications, which will help you improve your health. I also suggest you take capsule Cyra-D (Domperidone 30 mg and Rabeprazole 20 mg) one tablet in the morning, tablet Flexon (Ibuprofen 400 mg and Paracetamol 325 mg) one tablet twice daily, tablet Perinorm 10 mg (Metoclopramide 10 mg) thrice daily, tablet Supradyn (multivitamin) one tablet once a day, tablet Arcalion (Sulbutiamine 200 mg) one tablet once a day and tablet Stimulo (phosphodiesterase) 100 one tablet once daily. I suggest you take all of this for seven days and get the tests done. You can discuss the reports with me over here or your local physician for further treatment modifications as per the reports. Hope this helps. Kindly revert in case of further queries. Thank you.
