Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am 22 years old, and my height is approximately 5 feet 8 inches. Currently, I weigh only 117 pounds. Earlier, I used to weigh 141 pounds, but after joining the hostel and due to improper diet, I lost weight. Now, I am planning to consume Endura Mass in the afternoon and Revital capsules 30 to 40 minutes before bedtime. Do you have any idea about these supplements, or do you recommend any better alternatives?

Hi,

I appreciate that you have chosen icliniq.com for your medical needs.

I am here to give you the best care possible.

Actually, you can use these products; they will help you. However, I would suggest you go for natural ways, such as a healthy, high-protein diet including eggs, green vegetables, milk, dry fruits, bananas, and more. Along with such a diet, you should do regular exercise; then, you will definitely see changes in your body. If there is any underlying cause for such low weight, we should find it and treat it. Vitamin deficiencies, thyroid disease, and infections can cause such low weight, so you should get tested for that. Take a high protein diet. Did you lose weight rapidly? How many pounds did you lose in a month or year? Did you have a fever or any illness?

Looking forward to your response in order to help you.

Thank you.

Preventive measures

Preventive measures include adopting a high protein diet and engaging in regular exercise.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
