Hello doctor,
My tongue is whitish-green in color and I also have a white bump under the tongue that is extremely painful.
Kindly help.
Thank you.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
As per the clinical picture provided (attachment removed to protect the patient's identity), the tongue seems to have a traumatic ulcer underneath due to teeth bite or burn due to hot food intake. Additionally, the ventral surface seems to have nutritional deficiencies (probably vitamin B complex), showing features of a geographic tongue.
Also, avoid eating from that affected site. In addition, please observe if the lesion goes away in 7to10 days. If not, then kindly revert.
Regards.
Thank you.
