Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

My LMP is 20th April. I carried out two UPT last month and the results were negative. Today morning, I again checked and found that the result is positive. I am feeling pain in the pelvic region and dizziness in the morning. Please suggest me what to do. Are there possibilities of medical abortion?

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

The pregnancy symptoms can present with mild lower abdominal pain, especially in the flanks, with occasional dizziness, retching, and nausea, which are the effects of increasing progesterone levels and it is normal. As long as there is no bleeding per vaginum, there is no indication of miscarriage. You should be onFolic acid, antiemetics, and progesterone support.

Regards.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
