I am 31 years old. I fell over recently and broke my foot with muscle weakness, and I checked for the same in an MRI. I had a stroke five years ago, and I have Behcet's disease. I had a scan done, and I have attached the reports. I have previously had an ischemic stroke prior to this episode. I fell and broke my foot, having an episode of weakness. Please help.

I got my X-ray done at the chiropractor for lower back pain but I am also having stomach and digestion issues. Just want a second opinion to make sure there is nothing seen on the X-rays that could be of concern. I have no significant medical history except for abdominoplasty three years ago. The appendix is removed, and so are the tonsils.

I have been experiencing repeated urine infections with white discharge for the past 4-5 months. I have had two episodes of piles, and I have been dealing with thyroid issues for the last 5 years. My blood pressure and sugar levels are consistently normal. Taken three months ago, my TSH is 4.07, T3 is 130, T4 is 8.72, Hemoglobin is 9.50, and Transferring Saturation is 15.20.
For the last 20 days, my stomach has been extremely bloated, resembling the appearance of pregnancy. I am also experiencing stomach pain. In the morning, I feel pain in my right ankle. I have consulted with a surgeon, gynecologist, and gastroenterologist, but I am unsure which specialist to follow. My weight is 163 pounds, and my height is 5.1 feet.
The gynecologist has recommended sodium alginate, sodium bicarbonate, calcium carbonate syrup, Feronia XT (iron supplement), and Atoz multivitamin, along with Panca-D on an empty stomach. The gastroenterologist has suggested chlordiazepoxide, clidinium bromide, aciloc 150, diastase, alpha galactosidase lipase, pepsin syrup, and vitamin D3 tablets.
What steps should I take for my stomach bloating? Please help.

What are the ways to identify rib fractures?
Hello doctor,
I underwent a sternum MRI and want to compare the radiologist's response to that of other doctors. The answer indicates there are no changes, however, the photographs show that one rib is different from the others, just where the discomfort is felt ( I have included a photo). I have been experiencing left-side rib (5-6) discomfort, chest pain, and loss of movement on the left side for five years now, even though I do not recall any trauma. I have had manual therapy, massages, acupuncture, anti-inflammatory medicines, pain relievers, and other treatments but nothing worked.
