Yes, I can see multiple pitted scars and also perioral hyperpigmentation (attachments removed to protect the patient's identity). Use the medications as I have prescribed in the last message along with following,

1. Glykare face wash (Aloe Vera, Glycolic Acid, Vitamin E).

2. Photostable gel sunscreen apply 15 minutes before going out in the sun.

3. Tablet Limcee 500 (Vitamin C) once a day after breakfast.

You can also apply Tretinoin gel on acne along with scars once at night. Use it in a minimal amount and do not rub it too much. Use Kojic cream for the darkness once at night. Do these for a month.Get the following investigations.

1. TSH (thyroid-stimulating hormone).

2. FBS (fasting blood sugar).
