Hello doctor,
I am a female and I have been suffering from acne for the past few years. I have oily skin with acne and it has made my face look bad with dark spots and pimples.

I suggest you follow the instructions mentioned below.
1. Exercise daily until you sweat.
2. Take plenty of water daily.
3. Use a good herbal face wash regularly.
4. Take a tablet of Purim (neem and turmeric) thrice daily for 12 weeks.
5. Take a multivitamin tablet once daily for three weeks.
6. Apply a good moisturizer twice daily.
