Hi doctor,
I had a mouth ulcer for nearly one month and some red spots which appeared without any reason and disappeared in one or two days, along with weakness, shortness of breath, and weak digestion. I am also anemic for five to six years and take RB-tone syrup. I consulted a doctor and went for CBC.

If you have anemia, it means you have a low hemoglobin level. You need to investigate further with iron profile reports and peripheral smear examination reports. For weakness, I suggest you check the levels of calcium, potassium, and sodium levels. Sometimes liver or kidney disease might be the causative for which liver and kidney profile reports can be done. For shortness of breath, investigate with chest X-ray and EKG (electrocardiogram) for primary workup. Your anemia needs to be corrected with good iron tablets. Stool routine micro examination and occult blood also can be done to check for any parasite if present.
