Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Good day, I would like to seek some help regarding my situation. I hear some voices in my head telling me to do certain things that are unusual. I face some consequences that make me feel exaggerated when I am not able to do so. Even though part of me knows that these consequences are too unreal. I still cannot stop myself from hearing it and I feel extremely guilty when I try to avoid it. This happens for many years but it does not happen in my everyday life. It will not happen for a long time. It comes back suddenly and stays for a while and goes away. Recently after experiencing this, I start to feel nervous and I am trying to look for a company. I will have some episodes where I would really become hot for a short time and then, it will vanish quickly. Due to this, I have a heavy feeling and I need to face consequences due to it. I am uncertain about my actions. There are also some things that I have been having. I do not know how to open up about it. I am a youth. I am not sure whether this is something that I am supposed to be concerned about or it is just a phase. That's all for now. Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Dear, Thanks for using icliniq. I read your query and understand your concerns. First of all, I would like to inform you that this is unlikely to be a normal phenomenon since it happened on multiple occasions and existing even after years of onset despite having breaks in between. The phenomenon resembles auditory hallucinations and needs proper assessment. I would like to inform you that present yourself for further assessment along with your guardian as it will not be possible to prescribe or recommend any form of treatment at your age without the consent of your guardian. I look forward to assisting you further. Thanks again.
