Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am 21 years old and have been experiencing frequent back pain, abdominal pain, and body aches for five months. I have low stamina and have been experiencing fatigue frequently. I did not get my period last month. I also experience bloating, headaches, and constipation. I feel disinterested, lost, and depressed all the time. I have been also experiencing acid reflux from time to time. I am always sleepy and tired. Nothing excites me or gives me happiness. Previously I consulted a gynecologist three months ago and she told us to do an ultrasound. In the reports, it said that I have a simple cyst in the right ovary. Previously, I used to get periods twice a month. And this happened for about four months.

Please help.

Thank you.

Hello,

I appreciate you signing up on icliniq.com.

You now have exclusive access to expert medical opinion.

I have gone through your case and understand your concern. A simple ovarian cyst is not a very big issue, if the size is less than four cm then no intervention is needed. The symptoms you are getting could be because of low hemoglobin. Please check CBC (complete blood count) and thyroid profile.

  1. You should take a high fiber and high protein diet.
  2. Take dates, more green leafy vegetables, and fruits in your diet.
  3. Do regular exercises, and yoga every day, it will also help in depression.
  4. For acid reflux, you can have a glass of cold or room-temperature milk every day.
  5. Hope this information helps.

Feel free to ask further queries,

    Thank you.
