Q. Does my wife's MRI show the reason for recurrent dizziness and headaches?

Hi doctor,

My wife is 34 years old, and she is having recurrent dizziness and headaches. So, she got an MRI scan of the brain. I have attached the reports for your better understanding. Your advice is much appreciated.

  • Unfortunately, the report (attachment removed to protect patient identity) says that there is a mass in the brain, most likely a cancerous growth. IT is most probably a high-grade glioma or lymphoma.
  • You will need to see a neurosurgeon, who will be able to examine her and analyze the MRI in detail to determine the best possible treatment strategy for her.
