Hi doctor,

I had these fluid-filled hard bumps on my scrotum for a while. What could these possibly be?

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

The image you have shared is not very clear (the attachments are removed to protect the patient's identity), but it looks like you have multiple sebaceous or retention cysts on your scrotum. They are not transmissible. They may or may not increase in size and may or may not happen in other parts in the future. Be assured it is not transmissible and will not cause you any pain. Surgical excision is the only treatment option if you are concerned about appearance.

I hope you find it helpful.

Kind regards.
