Hello doctor,
I have been feeling a burning sensation in my penis, especially in the top area. It feels inside the penis. Sometimes I also notice my left foot under my feet burns too. Also, I did my STD test, and it came out negative. The last time I had intercourse was almost three years ago. I did another test after six months and came out negative, and then just for sure, I did my test again two years ago and came out negative. I also did my regular urine and blood work, and all came out well. I wonder what is causing me this? It has been happening for months.

This is unlikely to be an infection. It is only inflammation, which can be due to allergy, especially at the tip of the penis. So, you need to use a mild soap like baby soap and not apply any lubricant on the penis. If this did not work, you need to be examined for prostatitis as it also has similar symptoms and needs long-term antibiotics like Ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice daily for four weeks. Consult your specialist doctor, discuss with them and take medicines with their consent.
