Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
I have a bent penis that causes pain and dissatisfaction. Please suggest me a solution.
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
A downward bent of the penis is an absolutely normal variation and is present in 15 to 30 percent of men. It will be a problem only when it is extremely bent and difficult to penetrate. Pain in the penis can be because of anxiety. If it has been since a long time, then there are chances of it being a cause of urethritis or some scarring in the musculature of penis known as Peyronie's disease. You do not have to worry unless erection is normal. I would suggest you consult a urologist for physical evaluation to check whether the bent in the penis is a normal physiological variation or not. Stay calm and do not get tensed.
