Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am a 53-year-old female. I have dizziness and nausea, light-headedness like jet lag, weak knees, spasms in arms and legs from time to time, and always hungry. Appetite is normal, no colds, no cough, and no fever. My blood pressure is 150/82. Sleep is normal, but I always feel like I'm lacking sleep. I burp frequently, had heartburn on the first day, and then stomach cramps. I was previously diagnosed with GERD. Currently, I am taking an antacid three times a day after eating. I have been experiencing all these symptoms for three days now.
Please help.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
You may be suffering from:
1. Insomnia.
2. Hypertension may be related to anxiety.
3. IBS (irritable bowel syndrome).
4. Chronic fatigue syndrome.
So use tablet Normaxine (Dicyclomine) twice a day for five days. Use tablet Pantoprazole 40 mg before breakfast for one week. Eat green leafy vegetables and fruits. Use tablet Evion LC (Vitamin E and Levocartinine) twice a day for five days. Please get it done: complete blood picture, serum electrolytes, and blood sugar levels.
Reduce the salt intake, do regular exercise, and practice yoga. Please check your blood pressure again after one week. Please review the reports or consult with your physician, who will examine and treat you accordingly.
I hope this helps.
Thank you.
