Patient's Query

Hi doctor.

I am 24-years-old and working night shifts in a company. I have been masturbating daily for two years, and I feel that I am getting weak. I feel tired even after getting sufficient sleep. I even have digestion issues. I wanted to know if this is due to masturbation. Please help me to overcome this problem and help me regain my stamina.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Masturbation in limit is absolutely normal and various studies from all over the world have clearly stated that it does not cause any health problems. In medical science it is considered as normal as drinking water. The cause of your weakness can be anemia or some chronic disease so I would advise you to go for routine blood investigation like -

  • 1. CBC (complete blood count).
  • 2. Liver function test.
  • 3. Renal function test.

To control your excessive masturbation habit you must follow these steps -

1. Keep yourself busy.

2. Avoid watching pornography and try to stay away from sexually erotic content.

3. Avoid remaining alone.

4. You can also use applications that help in quitting addictions.

Hope it helps.

Regards.
