Hello doctor,
I have frequent urination, vaginal itching, vaginal discharge (no smell) anus itching, pelvic pain, vaginitis, and lower back pain. I went to three different doctors and they said it looks like yeast or a bladder infection. They gave me medicine and it did not work. I am taking cranberry pills and probiotics while drinking plenty of water. One doctor recommended Boric and I have been using that along with Monistat. I also got tested for STD and all tests came back negative each time. I do not know what is wrong and need treatment.

According to your description, it looks like UTI (urinary tract infection) rather than a vaginal infection. To avoid such subsequent infections you should keep that area clean and dry, change undergarments twice a day, and wash your genital with soft cleansers. You can also use Candid powder (Clotrimazole) to keep that area dry, it also acts like an antifungal. Are you sexually active? I will prescribe you medicines accordingly. Are there any other medicines that you took other than those mentioned above?
