Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have a small blister in the genital area (where I pass the excreta). It bleeds when there is heat in my body while excreting. This happened only once. But the blister is still present. I am afraid as I am getting married soon and cannot share this with my partner. Please help. I have read the articles online regarding STDs(Sexually Transmitted Diseases). Am I affected? Is it curable? How do I know if I am fine?

Hi, Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern. My diagnosis is external piles (external hemorrhoids). Diet is the culprit, and I suggest you consult your specialist doctor, discuss with them and take the medicines with their consent. Diet should not have spices, fried food, junk food, fast food, or outside food. Have buttermilk, curd, and plenty of salad, at least two times a day so that bolus is formed soft. Treatment involves: If there is constipation or hard stool, add liquid Cremafine (Magnesium Hydroxide), three teaspoons at night, till the stool softens. If there is pain, take Signoflam (Aceclofenac) three times a day after food for five days. If there is a tag outside, take a tablet Hilo (Commiphora molmol, Oleoresin, Gardenia gummifera, Gum resin, Tagetes erecta, Mesua ferrea) twice a day after eating meals for 15 days. Oxeyrute (Calcium obesilate and Troxerutin) cream is applied locally with the index finger. First, apply on the butthole, gently push the cream inside and rotate the finger. This should be done two times a day for three weeks for complete healing.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
