Hi doctor,
We are not willing to use a condom. We want a natural sex without a condom. In such conditions, women take pills after sex to prevent pregnancy. But we want a pill taken before sex which can prevent pregnancy guaranteed. Is there any pill taken before sex to prevent pregnancy? Which is the best one? How much should be taken and how much time should be taken before having sex?

If sex is the thing, then she can take I-pill or Unwanted 72 (Levonorgestrel). She can take on the day of sex or soon after the sex, just one pill. But it is needed to be taken within 72 hours of having sex. The I-pill is very high in hormones and it should not be taken more than once a month. It is an emergency pill reserved for emergency situations like sudden unplanned sex or condom breaking. If you are having sex on a regular basis, I would suggest you take the regular 28-day contraceptive pill, monthly. It is safer.
