Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

We had sex without a condom three to four days before her periods started. But she is getting one drop of blood and according to her, her periods have not started yet. And she had severe pain. So what is the problem? And is there any chance of getting pregnant?

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

You should always mention the last menstrual date when consulting to a gynecologists. As per your description you had intercourse three to four days before her date. If her periods were regular then that was her safe period so there is almost no chance of getting pregnant. Sometimes initially in periods there is slight bleeding, the flow may increase in next day. It is normal of getting period cramp. She can take tablet Zberodol spas (Drotaverine and Aceclofenac) twice daily for two to three days.

I hope this information helps you.

Thank you!
