Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a woman, and I usually have sex outside marriage as we are swingers. I have some scars on my back for the past one year, and I want to know its cause. Kindly help. Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Based on your reports (attachments removed to protect the patient's identity), your ASO (antistreptolysin O) titer is raised. I suggest applying one percent Clindamycin lotion in the daytime for 20 days. Use Brevoxyl (Benzoyl Peroxide) creamy wash 20 minutes before bath for 20 days. Use Azac (Azelaic acid and Wheat germ oil) soap for the bath for one month. Take Tablet limcee (Vitamin C) 500 mg once a day after breakfast for 30 days. Please avoid scratching and rubbing. Also, avoid activities that cause sweating and wear loose, comfortable thin cotton clothes and avoid occlusive wear. The attached picture (attachments removed to protect the patient's identity) shows post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation marks. It will take time to fade away. Do you experience any itching? Thanks and regards.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thank you for the reply. No, I do not have any itching. Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Please maintain proper hygiene and follow up after two weeks. Do you experience any dandruff issues? Do you have a history of past fungal infections? Thanks and regards.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
