Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

The best modality of treatment for you is weight reduction. Having a weight reduction of ten percent in six months helps to revert the metabolic complications of obesity. The metabolic complications of obesity are diabetes, cholesterol, fatty liver disease, and osteoporosis. There are certain FDA (food and drug administration) approved medications for obesity. But these drugs can cause significant side effects. It has to be used cautiously after having a close evaluation of your willingness to lose weight. Try to modify your diet. It controls metabolic complications. It is necessary to have intentional weight loss before starting any medical treatment. Weight loss can be achieved by doing regular strenuous exercise with a reduction in the daily consumption of calories. You should not take around 2000 kcal/day while trying to lose weight. It takes months to have results. Kindly attach the reports taken already. Please mention whether you have a habit of smoking and drinking alcohol.
